The 80 new apprentices were selected from a total of 400 applicants.
Redrow Homes now has more than 100 bricklaying, carpentry and joinery, electrical and plumbing apprentices, plus 28 office-based administration, commercial and technical apprentices.
Some 15% of its direct workforce has official trainee status.
