The new building will enable the university to expand its Faculties of Engineering & Physical Sciences, and Health & Medical Sciences. The three-storey building will contain laboratories, communal areas and offices, with a total area of 2,300m2.
In May 2015 Gilbert-Ash completed construction of the university’s new Innovation Centre for 5G Technology.
