The development, at Waterside Drive, Frodsham, will create 26, two-, three- and four-bedroom houses comprising 20 homes for open market sale and six affordable homes.
A joint venture agreement by Seddon RDP, part of the national Seddon Group, and Cube, a member of housing association Great Places Housing Group, has been created to develop the homes. Seddon Construction will start work on the 11-month building programme this month.
This is the first time that Great Places has entered into a joint venture of this kind with Seddon to create new homes for sale in additional to affordable properties. Designed by multidisciplinary architects PMA (Phillip Milson Architecture), the new development will create a highly desirable development of well-designed, quality homes built to an exacting specification.
