The NOK490m (£46m) contract for the Aveny Vest development involves the construction of three buildings.
Aveny Vest will be Skanska's first BREEAM-certified housing project in Norway.
Construction start is set for the first quarter of 2019 and all the properties are due to be ready by 2021.
