II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The procurement was undertaken in accordance with the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016 (UCR) and used the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) as a means of pre-qualification to shortlist potential providers under a Restricted procedure. The services being procured for an initial 3 year contract term were to maintain track pan equipment at GTR Depot sites in the South East of England. At the close of the ITT no bids had been submitted and so there is no contract award.
