II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Environment Agency (EA) on behalf of the Authority manages and maintains national air quality monitoring networks including the Automatic Urban and Rural Network (AURN) to meet the requirements of EU and UK legislation. The air quality monitors are located around the UK within the Zones and Agglomerations and are housed in standalone enclosures of varying sizes.
The Authority wishes to let the Central Management and Co-ordination Unit (CMCU) for the PM2.5 AURN expansion (across England only).
