Formation of a mezzanine floor; creation of office, meeting room and storage spaces on mezzanine level, including installation of two new windows; reformatting of ground floor spaces to form office, meeting room, storage, kitchen and toilet spaces; supply and installation of external protective covered areas for EV's (electric vehicles); provision of EV charging points and associated alterations/upgrade to electrical installation to accommodate these; provide new heat pumps to mezzanine office and meeting room; provide all furniture shown in proposed layout drawings; installation of a vehicle filtration/washdown facility.
