Cheadle Eco Business Park is a proposed scheme on Bird Hall Lane in Cheadle which will see an underutilised, 7-acre, Council owned site be redeveloped into an exemplar, carbon efficient, sustainable 110,000sqft industrial development. Network Space Developments were appointed in March of 2023 as Development Manager for the project with SMBC as the client.

Mini-competition via Procurement Partnerships Framework (PPF)
Eight suitable, local suppliers available via the framework, already vetted. This lowers the risks associated with this value of procurement and should speed up the process comparable to an open procurement.
