Hampshire County Council is seeking a suitable experienced, skilled and qualified partner to provide two core services in relation to the Council's purchasing and management of energy on its own and its customers' behalf - Trading Services and Bureau and Account Management Services. The Service Specification also includes a number of optional services relating to historical billing, development of energy frameworks and relating to water.

The Council is seeking tenders from organisations who are experienced in both energy trading and in the management of energy accounts, including billing, for larger organisations.
