Description

The Authority is seeking award contracts for:

- the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of a synchronous condenser system (the "EPC Contract"); and

- the provision of long-term maintenance services (the "LTSA").

The Authority recognises that the Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") may participate in different structural roles within the delivery model.

- all auxiliary systems and Synchronous condenser

- all controls, protection and ancillary plant & equipment

- Grid transformer, IPB, generator circuit breaker & auxiliary transformer

- Civil Works; and

- Grid Connection

• 1 May 2031 to 30 April 2039
• Possible extension to 30 April 2042
• 11 years

Description of possible extension:

Initial 8 year term, with two potential extensions of 18 months each.
