Description
Existing building: The project will consist of two phases at Maltby Fire Station located in South Yorkshire.
1. Converting an existing office and dormitory space into five individual dormitory rooms, each with a window and internal door. This phase will require temporary accommodation for crews
2. Converting two locker rooms into offices and full redecoration to all rooms and corridors in the specified area. The first phase must be complete before the commencement of phase 2.
South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue (SYFR) is invoking the right to employ economic operators whose registered office is located within the South Yorkshire region only (DN and S postcode areas). Section 84 Procurement Act 2023 will apply (PPN 005 Reserving Below Threshold Procurements).
