The purpose of the tender is to appoint a contractor to carry out all building works to construct a side extension to 23 Barnett Field, to include thermal improvements and refurbishment works to the existing structure to comply with Building Regulation Part M4 (3), building to provide a high standard home for immediate wheelchair use and their family.
