CMAL wish to appoint a sole supplier in respect of Port Infrastructure Principal Inspections. To undertake engineering Asset Condition surveys on port infrastructure and report on their condition. Ports assets include, but not limited to; piers, slipways, roundheads, fixed ramps, harbour walls, linkspans, PAS, approach structures, dolphins, piling, supporting columns, walkways, steps, marshalling areas, etc. Assets inspected will be above, on and below water.

Professional Risk Indemnity: The minimum indemnity limit of GBP FIVE MILLION shall be taken out and maintained throughout the period of services in respect of each claim without limit to the number of claims.

Employer's (Compulsory) Liability: The minimum indemnity limit of GBP TEN MILLION shall be taken out and maintained throughout the period of services in respect of each claim without limit to the number of claims.

Public Liability: The minimum indemnity limit of GBP TWO MILLION shall be taken out and maintained throughout the period of services in respect of each claim without limit to the number of claims.
