Scope
Description
Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council currently have a requirement for the supply and delivery of various skips and containers to Chem Specification. There are five Lots being tendered for under this procurement exercise, with more information provided within the Tender Pack.

Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
The Council wishes to reserve the right to purchase additional skips and containers of the same Lot specifications up to and including 30th September 2028 following any Lot award(s) made under this tender. An appropriate % uplift will be considered on price (i.e. in line with inflation at that time), if applicable and within reason dependant on timeframe from initial order.

Description
The design and build of 12-yard REL skips. These skips must be designed and built to CHEM Specification and are primarily for the containment of cardboard, garden waste, timber and metals and other such waste streams as collected at Council Household Recycling Centres.
