Tenderers are to note this requirement has been split into two geographical lots and the intention is to award one contract per lot. Tenderers should only bid for one lot,
it is Broadland's intention to have a supplier for each lot, should a supplier not be
performing or not have the capacity to complete the works then Broadland will call upon the
winning supplier of the other lot to fulfil the requirements to ensure continuity of service.
Lot 1 = Norwich North and West
Lot 2 = Norwich South and East

Description
Broadland estimate this contract is likely to cover approx. 200-300 void property cleans per annum in total between the two lots. In addition, Broadland is looking for the successful contractor to carry out reactive cleaning tasks.
