Scope
Description
Town and Country Housing are seeking for a sole provider to deliver the external planned maintenance programme for the next 8 years. This includes but is not limited to Cyclical repairs and decorations, window replacements and roof repairs. Homes are located across the Southeast with concentrations found in Tunbridge Wells and Epsom. The successful contractor will be expected to cover the entire specification and scope, including surveys as laid out in the tender documents
