Description
Lincolnshire County Council are seeking to procure services for the collection, haulage, processing, handling and sale of DMR from July 2027.
The Contract will run for a period of Four (4) years commencing 1st July 2027. There will be an option for the Council to extend the Contract by a period of Two (2) years, in separate One (1) year extensions. The anticipated service commencement date is 1st July 2027.

Suppliers are required to submit full and final tenders in the first stage. Services are split into 3 lots (Northern, Southern, Central Lincolnshire) with bids invited for any combination of lots, or a combined bid for all lots. LCC will either name preferred bidders for individual lots or one single combined preferred supplier bid. The award criteria for this is set out in the tender documents
Following this LCC have introduced an optional stage of negotation with the preferred bidder(s). The details of which are contained within the tender documentation.
