Using suppliers currently on a CCS Framework, but as it expires in a couple of days, we will not be able to complete our activity in time to award under the Framework. A decision was taken to run a competitive flexible procedure using those same suppliers as we already pre-engaged with them and they have the right skills and qualifications to undertake the works.
Any supplier that requests documents outside of the seven identified suppliers will not be able to tender for the provision.
