Scope
Description
The contract involves the refurbishment and replacement of kitchens within occupied Hastoe Housing Association properties across the East region. Works include resident liaison, pre-start surveys, removal of existing kitchens, installation of new kitchen units and associated plumbing and electrical works, making good, testing, certification and handover. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering the programme safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to residents
