Description
South Hams District Council and West Devon Borough councils are local authorities in Devon, England. They are responsible for delivering a wide range of public services to residents across a largely rural and coastal area. The council focuses on maintaining high-quality services such as waste collection, planning, housing, and environmental protection. It places strong emphasis on sustainability, community empowerment, and digital inclusion, aiming to support both economic growth and environmental stewardship.
Following the end of the Council's current cleaning contract which is due to expire March 31st 2027, the Council is inviting tenders to bid on a new contract for this going forward.

Participation
Conditions of participation
All participants must complete Volume 2: PSQ, and submit their bids through Volume 3: ITT. The PSQ is where mandatory requirements must be met, with the ITT being where suppliers can submit their bids for assessment.
If the PSQ is not completed, or suppliers cannot evidence certain requirements, the bids will be marked as non-compliant and not evaluated further.
