Lot constraints
Description of how multiple lots may be awarded:
Both Lot 1 (Responsive & Planned Decoration Works) and Lot 2 (Complaints & Ad-Hoc Decoration Works) may be awarded to a single supplier where that supplier achieves the highest overall evaluation score for both lots and demonstrates the capacity and capability to deliver the full scope of services. Alternatively, where different suppliers achieve the most economically advantageous tender for each lot, the lots may be awarded separately, resulting in different suppliers being appointed to Lot 1 and Lot 2 respectively. There is no restriction on the number of lots that may be awarded to a single supplier.
