Description
Principal Contractor for the redevelopment and improvement works to construct 33 affordable homes at Broxburn Drive, South Ockendon with associated landscaping and parking provision.
The Authority is procuring the Works through a two-stage Design and Build procurement process.
Stage 1: Pre-Construction Services Agreement 2024 with Schedule of Amendments.
Stage 2: JCT Design & Build Contract 2024 with Schedule of Amendments.
