Lot constraints
Maximum number of lots a supplier can be awarded: 2
Description of how multiple lots may be awarded:
Tenderers may submit Tenders for all Lots but may be awarded contracts for a maximum of 2 (two) Lots. In the interest of business continuity, the same Tenderer may not be awarded contracts for Lot 1 and 2.
The quality evaluation for Lots 1 and 2 will be mirrored, and so tenderers will be required to submit the same submission to the quality questions for Lots 1 and 2. Please note that each lot has a separate pricing schedule however, and so this will be evaluated individually. The quality evaluation for Lot 3 will also be treated individually.
If the same Tenderer is assessed as having submitted the Most Advantageous Tender for both Lot 1 and Lot 2, that Tenderer will be awarded the Contract for Lot 2. In these circumstances, the Contract for Lot 1 will be awarded to the next highest ranked compliant Tenderer on Lot 1.
Tenderers must achieve a minimum score of 60% of the available marks for the Quality Evaluation section. Tenderers must also achieve a minimum score of 2 marks out of 4 for their response to the Social Value questions.
Any Tenderer failing to achieve this minimum threshold will be excluded from further consideration and their Commercial Submission will not be capable of securing Contract Award, irrespective of the score achieved in any other evaluation area.
