The Town Council owns and manages a small green space known as Jim Shields Garden. This area is situated at the end of Billericay High Street. Post code is CM12 9BA.
The garden is being enhanced by a redesign project and the Council is seeking tenders from professional companies/individuals who can deliver an exceptional landscaping service.
The work is to take place during spring 2027 and it is required to be completed by summer 2027
