Description

The Company is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of hire vehicles and plant equipment/machinery. The framework will provide access to a range of suppliers capable of delivering reliable, responsive, and cost-effective vehicle and plant hire services to support operational requirements across the Company.

The objective of this procurement is to secure best value for money while ensuring service continuity, operational efficiency, and high standards of performance.

The vehicle hire services will be provided under a Framework consisting of 9 lots.

The Company intends to appoint up to a maximum of five Suppliers to each lot.

Tenderers will be evaluated against the published price and quality criteria and ranked in order of their overall score based on their response to this ITT. Suppliers appointed to each lot will be ranked from highest to lowest scoring Tenderer.
