Description
The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), acting on behalf of the contracting authority identified in the Tender Notice and Contract, is seeking to appoint suppliers capable of delivering safe, efficient, resilient and high-quality vehicle collision repair services for its overt fleet.
The fleet includes vehicles used in frontline, specialist and support policing roles and incorporates a range of powertrains, technologies and operational equipment. Fleet availability and the minimisation of Vehicle Off Road (VOR) time are therefore critical to operational policing and public service delivery.
The fleet is undergoing transformation, including increased adoption of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), digital fleet-management technology and sustainability initiatives. Tenderers must propose a solution with the capability, capacity, expertise and resilience to deliver the Services throughout the Contract Term and adapt to evolving operational and technological requirements.

Competitive flexible procedure description
This procurement will be conducted using the Competitive Flexible Procedure ("CFP") in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.

The procurement process may comprise the following stages: -

• Initial Tender Submission.
Stage 2 (Optional)
• Dialogue, Clarification and Supplier Presentation Stage.
