These Hitachi excavators, Volvo dumptrucks and a Caterpillar wheeled loader appear to have been parked at beach level overnight somewhere in Portugal.

It looks like they have been caught out by an overnight storm and have been swamped by heavy seas, the video depicts the teams efforts to rescue the machines from the beach and the next incoming tide.
