Chancery House revisited
Scott Bannon and Richard Dungate of Collins Construction revisit their Chancery House fit-out project in London’s Chancery Lane to see the fruits of their labour.
The 165,000 sq ft makeover was carried out for The Office Group.
The 73-week programme includes the fit-out of all nine floors with the addition of a communal lounge, quiet co-working areas, café and retail space, as well as event and gym facilities.
The project team also included Opera, dMFK, Castle Hayes Pursey, Heyne Tillett Steel, Environmental Engineering Partnership and MLM.
