Our passion and ambition is to be the best in the market place, offering an all round, one stop shopping experience for our customers. Hence, we are dedicated in providing excellent service to meet customers expectations and beyond.

We go to great lengths in developing and adjusting our current customer base, offering a premier service which is second to none in the marketplace.

Our operations are centred from our 600sqft offices based in the heart the Shipping and Container industry of Southampton Docks. Our team specializes in every field of the UK transport infastructure - Road, Rail, Sea and Air. In addition, our Transport Department tightly monitors and controls all work that is undertaken to ensure a smooth running of all operational issues to ensure the highest levels of service is achieved for our customer.

Our work is controlled by our own purpose-built TBS software (Traffic Booking System), we operate as a business support team of three floating supervisors/drivers to ensure any sudden shortfall within the driving force. Our customer service levels are covered and maintained with little disruption.

Abacus operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week over a three shift system to ensure that service levers can be provided right through the night. A fourth shift starts on the Wednesday in order to continue cover throughout the weekend. Our telephone network is answered twenty-four hours a day so what ever time you call, you can be assured of a professional transport solution to your needs.
