CMB's comprehensive stock of replacement parts for cones, jaw crushers and screens, enables them to respond immediately when problems occur. CMB stock manganese wear parts and machine spares to suit cones, jaw crushers, screens and mobile plant. We hold a wide variety of parts to suit many popular machines including Terex-Pegson, Metso, Sandvik, Symonds, Nordberg, Parker, Niagara and Terex Finlay. No part is too big or small. Jaw Crushers:

The CMB Rockmonster range of jaw crushers are modern cast-steel all-roller bearing machines. Designed to cope with some of the worlds toughest aggregates, this is a machine developed specifically for heavy duty, continuous quarry work. The crusher features stepless mechanical/ hydraulic adjustment enabling the operator to quickly change settings. There are no shims to change or bolts to re-tighten during the adjustment procedure. Welding has been kept to a minimum in the design.

Cone Crushers:

A modern cast steel all roller bearing cone crusher features hydraulic adjustment which enables the operator to rapidly change the discharge setting, if necessary during the crushing operation. The machines hydraulics also incorporate tramp metal release, automatic reset and an unblocking feature which will clear the crushing chamber in a matter of minutes. Re-metalling is carried out with the crushing head in situ. The short shaft configuration, which requires no top bearing, enables all major components to be removed from above, and demands minimal head room for installation and maintenance.The proven all roller bearing design provides for lower power consumption, long life, easy spares availability and uses a more compact lubrication system.

Screens and Feeders:

CMB International offer a complete range of screening products including inclined screens, horizontal screens, de-watering screens, coal screens, asphalt screens, four bering screens and grizzly screens. Our plant can accommodate whatever screening media is specified by the customer (wire, cloth, polyurethane, rubber punch plate etc.) We can design our screen or feeder to fit your application whether new or existing. Our screens are of robust construction keeping welded joints to a minimum. Sizes range from 900 x 1800 (6’ x 3’) to 2700 x 9400 (30’ x 9’). One, two, three or four deck screens are available.

Grizzly Feeder:

CMB International vibrating feeders combine scalping and feeding in a single operation. Providing a regulated flow of material to primary crushers, CMB feeders can be custom-built to suit your installation and requirements. Designed to feed and scalp in a single operation, our grizzly feeders are high in productivity, reliable and easy to maintain. Accurate and controlled feeding maximises plant performance.

Conveyors:

CMB International supply conveyors world-wide with CMB engineers providing high quality design and manufacture. CMB conveyors are modular in design creating flexibility and rapid delivery at competitive prices. CMB International can offer a wide range of solutions to customer stock-pile requirements from design concepts, manufacture, installation and maintenance. A wide range of conveyor services and spares are offered including conveyor belting, rollers, idlers, drive components and head and tail drums.

Mobile Crushing Plant:

CMB International design and manufacture a range of mobile crushing plant for quarrying, recycling and mining applications. The CMB mobile plant range incorporate the CMB range of cone and jaw crushers and are available in tracked, wheeled or skid form. The CMB mobile plant range is designed to achieve maximum production and profitability and can be bespoke-designed to suit customer requirements. All machines comply with European safety standards.

Mobile Workshops for On-Site Service:

CMB International offer round-the-clock technical support for all CMB plant and existing installations. CMB's engineers and our fleet of comprehensively stocked and equipped mobile workshops are able to tackle immediate on-site repair and refurbishment to plant, minimising down-time and loss of customer production. Our trained engineers all hold CITB and all other relevant certification.
