We bring together a group of multidisciplinary individuals to help clients achieve full compliance in accordance with The Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2012, along with other legislative requirements.

We focus on providing a cost effective, independent and pragmatic approach to the management of asbestos in line with Regulation 4 ‘the duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic premises’.

We believe that the key to effective management of asbestos is the quality of the information captured and maintained within the ‘Asbestos Registers’. We utilise industry leading online compliance management software that provides real time site information as well as portfolio reporting.

We work with industry approved contractors and consultants to ensure that any projects are completed to a defined and appropriate scope of works. All works will be reviewed and signed off upon completion and the ‘Asbestos Register’ updated to reflect the current position and remaining asbestos risks.

Too many companies focus on survey after survey often inspecting the same areas to the same scope resulting in the duplication of information. Less focus is placed on the management and maintenance of this data which when done effectively can provide a clear and concise assessment of asbestos risk without the need for additional visits/surveying.
