FSi are a Manufacturer and Developer of a full range of Built-In Passive Fire Protection Systems.
All solutions are made under strict ISO9001 factory guidelines and with the utmost efficiency.
We are not here just to make and supply product, FSi can also offer in house training for both installers and specifiers to advise on correct procedures and develop new systems for more onerous applications.
We pride ourselves on the high level of testing and technical expertise that has been built up through years of experience within the industry, from site hand to dealing with large Multi-National conglomerates. This allows us to supply product both in the UK (BS Regulation) throughout Europe (EN Regulation) and Worldwide (EN and UL Regulation). We are here to help and make sure the correct solution is specified correctly the first time to ensure budgets, timescales and required specifications are kept to.
We can also offer a range of CE Marked products.
The CE Marked range includes
Pyrocoustic Trowel Grade Sealant
HS FM Mortar
Details of each of these are below.
The FSi product range includes:
Pyropro HPE® Sealant (High Pressure Exerting) is a graphite based product which when exposed to fire expands protecting penetrations including cables, cable bunches, cable trays, plastic and metallic pipes.
PipeBloc® PWP Pipe Wrap is an intumescent composition based on elastomeric thermoplastic polymers, binders and designed to provide high volume expansion and pressure seal. The product is fire tested to EN 1366-3:2009 and BS 476 pt 20/22 giving a fire resistance of up to 240 minutes.
PipeBloc® EL Pipe Wrap Certifire No. CF516 Intumescent composition with single unit application Designed to close a plastic pipe when affected by fire.
PipeBloc® PCP Pipe Collars are intumescent composite based on graphite intumescent and designed to provide high volume expansion and pressure seal.
Pyrocoustic® Sealant is a one part, intumescent acrylic emulsion. It is designed to resist the passage of fire, smoke, air and sound. The sealant will intumesce and form a char when exposed to the heat of a fire that prevents the passage, of fire and smoke. In normal use it will maintain the sound reduction index of a structure. CE Marked.
Stopseal Fire Batt is designed to prevent the passage of fire and smoke between compartment walls and floors built from masonry, composite partition or plasterboard whilst still allowing the installation of services. The product is tested to EN1366-3 and BS476 pt 20/22 giving a fire resistance and smoke barrier for up to 240 minutes.
Stopseal® Ablative Coating has been developed to seal Stopseal® Batts once installed in the aperture. Once the ablative coating is applied it prevents the passage of fire and smoke between fire rated compartments giving up to 4-hour fire resistance to BS476 and EN1366 pt3.
HS FM Mortar is a unique one part synthetic mortar which when mixed with water produces a trowelable or pourable compound suitable for the sealing of openings in walls and floors to prevent the passage of fire and smoke. CE Marked.
S-Line® Pillows are an ideal product to provide a temporary or permanent fire barrier around all types of services to prevent the passage of fire through a compartment wall or floor, especially suitable where services are continuously being changed or replaced. CE Marked.
Stopseal® Linear Gap Seal Movement Joint is an elastomeric foam laminated with a graphite based intumescent compound on both sides. It is designed to perform as a 2 or 4-hour barrier in construction movement joints, when tested to EN 1366-4 and BS476. Designed for long linear installations in horizontal and vertical applications.
Silverliner® Ventilated Rainscreen Comprises of an aluminium foil faced structural stone wool section with an integral intumescent strip bonded to cover the exposed face. In the event of direct exposure to fire, when subjected to heat, the intumescent strip rapidly expands and fills the air gap left within the void.
Silverliner® Non-ventilated Rainscreen Comprises of an aluminium foil faced structural stone wool section with and integral intumescent strip bonded to cover the exposed face. In the event of direct exposure to fire, when subjected to heat, the intumescent strip rapidly expands.
Flexi-Coat® has been developed for use on stone wool or elastomeric base. Once the Flexi-Coat® is applied it prevents the passage of fire, smoke and sound between fire rated compartments giving a fire resistance tested to EN1366-4: 2009 EI 120. Flexi-Coat has also achieved 600Pa air permeability resistance testing to EN 1026 and 450Pa water permeability resistance testing to EN 1027. Can be installed in to voids / cavities up to 500mm wide.
