Swift Catering Supplies was set up in May 2003 by Tresco Richards, his wife Andi and her brother Steve Bayfield. Tresco has been in the trade for 12 years, first with West Cornwall Supplies for 7 years and then more recently with SLS Catering Supplies for the past 5. After covering every aspect of the business, Tresco has decided to 'take the plunge'.
