Salary: £19.32 - £24.24 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join the reactive maintenance team for a local housing association.
Responsibilities:
- Completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within occupied homes such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, bricklaying and decorating (as applicable) to a high standard and in line with company standards and specification whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
- Maintaining appropriate van stock and ensuring orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specifications
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
