BUILDING SURVEYOR MULTIDISCIPLINARY CONSULTANCY - PLYMOUTH Stafford Lawrence is engaged to find a Building Surveyor for a top flight construction consultancy for their offices in Plymouth in Devon . This is a full-time permanent position with a well-known award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy. Candidates should have experience of Building Surveying for both Residential and Commercial buildings projects. If you have experience in Healthcare or the Education sector this would also be a bonus. REQUIREMENTS Our client will consider candidates working towards APC or a Chartered ( MRICS) RICS Building Surveyor. Degree qualified in Building Surveying, our client will also consider other construction-related degree qualifications as long as you can show Building Surveying experience. In addition, experience in both Commercial or Residential Building Surveying. Or Healthcare or Education projects or a mix. Contracts Administration, and some Dilapidations and Party Wall experience would be desirable. We are seeking someone with experience managing stakeholders and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will report to the Director for the region and work on projects from inception to completion. In addition, some travel in the region is a requirement for this role, so you must have a valid UK driving licence as part of the role does entail travel and visiting clients.
