Redrow Graduate Development Programme - Land & Planning AVAILABLE IN 4 OF OUR LOCATIONS – Land & Planning – Derby & Essex Land – Crawley Planning – Basingstoke

Our two year Redrow Land & Planning Graduate Development Programme provides a journey that nurtures leadership capabilities and develops the skills that you need to feel readily prepared to build a successful career. The Redrow Graduate Development Programme – Land and Planning, offers a fantastic opportunity to gain real experience of how our teams identify, evaluate and secure sufficient sites for residential development, on the most cost effective basis.
You will also gain experience with our Planning teams who support the division’s strategic land objectives by achieving and maintaining a quality land bank. During the first year of the Land & Planning Development programme you will have the opportunity to rotate around every area of the business to demonstrate your strengths and understand how each of our key departments interlink. You will spend your first two months within the Land and Planning team and then rotate every two months into each of our divisional departments, including Sales, Construction, Commercial, Technical and Customer Services.
After gaining an understanding of the responsibilities of each department you will spend your final year within the Land and Planning department. You will be mentored by some of the most experienced people in our industry. From the offset, you will be supported to develop your skills and knowledge through structured training and guidance, enabling you to excel in your chosen career. • A minimum of a 2:2 degree • Drive and ambition with a positive “can do” attitude • Adaptable and curious with a keenness to learn, improve and progress • Self-confident, articulate and resilient • The ability to work on your own initiative and be a strong team player • Energetic and enthusiastic about achieving your goals • Good communication skills both written and verbal • Must have full UK driving licence by September 2023 and have access to own car • Applications Close on 25th November.
