Job Description
Are you a confident and ambitious Building Surveyor who can bring a broad range of Building Surveying skills?
Known for being an approachable and employee first Building Consultancy this client are now looking for a client facing Building Surveyor to join their Oxford Circus office.
They work across high end Commercial sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking a determined Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The role for the Building Surveyor
Your responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation's surveys, project monitoring and providing support in project management on a variety of projects.
The Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting Directors and assisting in managing projects in commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
- A BSc in Building Surveying / Real Estate
- Professional services knowledge
- Consultancy background
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
