Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 am - 4:00 pm
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour

We have an opportunity for a Driver Labourer to provide a high-quality, customer-focused service, supporting a range of minor works and responsive repairs within the reactive maintenance department. This role will cover various properties across Hounslow.

Responsibilities:

• Providing labour and driving support to the kitchen and bathroom team, carrying out duties as directed by the Planning Team, Supervisors, or Senior Management.

• Carrying out all duties safely and in full compliance with health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and Council policies.
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with planners, supervisors, and trade operatives.
• Promoting a strong customer-first approach, ensuring residents are treated with respect and consideration at all times.
• Working collaboratively with residents and partner organisations, including the voluntary sector, to support service improvements and innovative approaches to problem-solving.
• Inspecting ladders, tools, and equipment prior to use and promptly reporting any defects to a qualified operative, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Ensuring all personal protective equipment (PPE) is appropriate, in good condition, and reporting any issues immediately.
• Maintaining clean, safe, and tidy work sites upon completion of works.
• Completing before and after photographic records of repairs and accurately uploading information using a handheld device or PDA.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
