ISG has won a £6m contract to refurbish 70,000 sq ft of office space at Stockley Park in West London.
The project entails the refurbishment and fit out to a two storey office building in the business park.
The project includes the construction of a new reception area complete with glazed feature wall, the installation of a new staircase and lifts and the replacement of mechanical and electrical services.
Client is CBRE Investors.
The project is due for completion in February 2011.
