Clegg Construction is building a three-storey, 96-bed care home for Hampton Healthcare, part of the Rochmills Group, behind a garden centre in Wavendon.
Facilities will include a rooftop garden with sky bar and café, a private dining room, a cinema, and an entertainment suite.
The development is due to be completed by the end of 2026.
Other members of the construction team working alongside Clegg Construction include APC Architects, engineer Ridge & Partners and employers agent CS2.
