A 6,048m2 office block is being converted into 211 studio apartments with communal leisure and study facilities. It will be called Vita Student at Richmond House.
The 10-month project is scheduled for completion in time for the 2014/15 academic year.
This is Vita Ventures’ seventh Vita Student project in the UK following other projects in Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol and Exeter. Since its launch in 2012 Vita Ventures has been operating an aggressive land acquisition strategy, targeting Russell Group university cities.
