Colas sells Cofiroute stake to Vinci

The deal is priced between €780m and €800m, subject to performance. The transaction is expected to be concluded by 31 January 2014.

Cofiroute is the concession company of 1,100km of motorways in western France and the A86 Duplex tunnel in the Paris region.
