Keepmoat is working in partnership with housing association Platform Housing Group at the site in Nottingham where Boots the chemist once made pharmaceuticals.
Now named Beeston Canalside, the disused brownfield site is being developed for housing. Keepmoat is putting up 604 multi-tenure new homes, with construction scheduled to complete in 2029.
Of the new homes, more than half will be delivered by Platform Housing Group for affordable rent and shared ownership, with 157 allocated for affordable rent and 162 for shared ownership.
