Developer Caddick Group is working with Colchester Borough Council to move forward its proposed Vineyard Gate development for the St. Botolph’s area of the town.
The new scheme comprises some 140,000 sq ft of retail space on two levels. Some 25 new shops and restaurants will be included as well as a car park.
Caddick Group chairman Paul Caddick said: “We have been working with the council's officers and advisors for some time to find the right solution for Vineyard Gate. We are confident that the new scheme is realistic and deliverable and are looking to forward to working with Colchester Borough Council to deliver the project.”
