The contract is for the design and installation of services to 144 high-specification apartments and an energy centre.
EIC regional director Eamonn Dunne said: “Chelsea Creek is a prestigious contract which we secured because of our strong track record of successfully delivering high-end residential projects, combined with our extensive experience of working in London, where space is at a premium and building work is happening in a sensitive urban environment.”
The list price of the flats at Chelsea Creek ranges from £850,000 to £17 million.
