As principal contractor, BBES will deliver a scope of works to the second floor fit-out including ductwork, air conditioning, plumbing, and BMS (building management system) controls. Electrical works include additional fire, security, access control, data, LV switchgear and uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
BBES’ customer and ultimate customer for this contract is The Phoenix IT Group.
