Aster Property Management (APM) has been rebranded and will now be called Aster Property. The new name and logo will be rolled out over the coming months following official approval by Companies House.
Aster Property will continue to maintain and repair over 17,000 homes owned by Aster Group companies and provide property maintenance services to other organisations. It will also carry out reactive, planned and estate maintenance work, gas servicing, electrical inspections, mobile caretaking, arboriculture and sewage treatment plant installation maintenance work, as well as asset and management.
As part of Aster Property’s launch, all letterheads, business cards, vans, uniforms and promotional goods, will be replaced with its new name and logo.
Michael Reece, group asset management director, said: “Our new structure will allow us to deliver improved, cost-effective services for all our customers. Giving our property maintenance company a new identity marks the start of what promises to be an exciting time for the business. And although we have refreshed the look and feel of the company, our new name is very similar to the old one, so existing customers will continue to recognise us and the great services we provide.”
