The ‘build to rent’ development, designed by Hodder & Partners, consists of two buildings positioned around a landscaped courtyard. Together they will house 274 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments along with amenities including concierge facilities, residents lounges, a gym, and two roof top terraces.
Balfour Beatty Investments acquired the site in January 2016 and hopes to start construction before the end of 2016, with the first residents moving in in late 2018.
