This new product features a rigid foam core faced on both sides with a multi-layer coated aluminium foil; the new Eurothane Eurodeck board is designed for use under mechanically fixed single-ply membrane waterproofing systems.
A low thermal conductivity value of 0.022 W/mK, makes Eurothane Eurodeck up to 30% more efficient than many other insulation materials. It has zero ozone depletion potential and being fully compatible with most synthetic and bitumen based single-ply membrane systems it is extremely versatile and suited to a wide variety of applications.
Lightweight and easy to handle, the tough and resilient Eurothane Eurodeck boards can be easily cut on site using a knife or fine-toothed saw. The boards are also rot-proof, durable and maintenance free, and once correctly installed they will withstand loads associated with pedestrian maintenance traffic on the roof. Eurothane Eurodeck has excellent compressive strength which typically exceeds 150KPa.
Eurothane Eurodeck offers excellent environmental properties, with a GWP of <5 an ODP value of zero and a green guide rating of A.
