There is an option to extend the contract for a further four years. Total contract value is a potential £400m.
Ringway will take on all highway maintenance functions for Shopshire County Council and Cheshire West & Chester Borough Council, as well as potentially areas of bordering authorities.
The contract also includes environmental services such as grounds maintenance, landscaping and street cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
